Job Functions:
- Facilitate the end to end contingent staffing recruitment across Technology and non-Technology areas of the client, ensuring timely fulfilment with high quality candidates.
- Create requisitions, review resumes for quality, monitored rates and mark-ups. Upon finding a resource: extend offers, negotiate rates, confirm acceptance, facilitate management approval and oversee on boarding process.
- Conduct negotiations with vendors for individual hires as well as project based initiatives and solutions.
- Develop positive and professional relationships with client users of program, facilitating regular meetings/discussions with client hiring managers regarding processes and procedures.
- Efficiently manage the relationship/interaction of the approved staffing desk suppliers and managers.
- Collaborate with department generalists, other recruitment teams and the senior hiring management for administering conversions.
- Communicate and enforce policies and procedures as directed by the client, and to adhere to the best practices of a vendor neutral program.
- Handle visa issues as it pertains to the contingent worker population in cooperation with supporting attorneys and divisional vendor managers.
- Provide first line support for all contingent worker issues, communicating with all internal parties and vendor for resolution.
- Ad-hoc basic reporting, as requested by the client and management.
- Data integrity and management within proprietary recruitment and client HR systems.
- Follow, maintain and update the SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) for day-to-day and ad hoc procedures.
- Conduct orientation for workers either face-to-face or via phone providing new hire orientation packet.
- Conduct on boarding/lifecycle activities for all new contractors.
- In conjunction with the Program Manager, ensure that all deliverables outlined in the SOW are met consistently.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of college, Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Financial Services industry background a plus, not required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR/recruiting, and customer service.
- Minimum of 1 year of technical recruiting experience.
- Exceptional communication skills in writing, verbally, and interpersonally. Able to interact and communicate with all levels of staff and clients.
- Excellent customer service and very strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Good knowledge of: MS Office Suite - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
