Technology Recruitment Specialist - Customer Success - Startup (2-5 yrs)

Position: Customer Success - Tech Recruitment (2-5 Years)

We are looking for rainmaker technology recruitment specialist for customer success position for CapitalH

You'll be constantly cutting the crap in the recruitment processes to deliver rockstar talent to our clients.

Minimum Qualifications:

- 2 - 5 years end to end technology recruitment experience

- Graduation / Post Graduation must, technology background preferred.

Responsibilities:

- Partner with clients' hiring managers and HR business partners to understand talent requirements and skills profiles to create standard job specification sheet

- Create effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage hiring managers' expectations

- Identify and source the technical talent using Job Boards, Social Networking, Referrals etc.

- Manage end to end recruitment cycle: Obtaining job openings, sourcing candidates, prescreening, feedback, negotiations, closing hires within an appropriate and consistent timeline

- Build strong talent pipeline for identified skill sets through market understanding and foreseeing the business and client requirements.

- Participate in developing industry leading hiring practices - identifying effective sourcing channels, building skill specific talent database, drive process improvement and automation to enhance profile match, reduce cycle time and joining to offer ratio.

- Analyze and review recruiting metrics on a periodic basis with Business Head. Identify trends and proactively address opportunities for growth and customer success.

- Develop domain expertise and help promote the company as a partner of choice for identified employers

Skill Set:

- Ability to engage clients- hiring managers, business HR partners, good networking ability.

- Keen sense of ownership and responsibility is critical.

- Strong process orientation and detail orientation

- Go Getter, successful track record of delivering within tight deadlines, and meeting monthly/quarterly hiring goals

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (well spoken and written English skills)

- Start-up experience preferable

Location: Bangalore
