We are looking for a Technology Recruiter who would manage the hiring needs of our product based clients across India.
Salary Range: 6-8 LPA
What do you need to succeed:
- 1-4 years of experience working within a fast-paced environment serving multiple client groups within the staffing function.
- Excellent communication, organizational, time-management and multitasking skills.
- A successful track record of performing against quotas, deadlines, and meeting recruiting goals
- Strong interpersonal skills and extensive experience conducting interviews
- Self starter with ability to work in a face-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Flair for the following competencies:
- Review - job descriptions to understand the needs of the hiring manager as well to ask questions that- ll help you identify the right candidate
- Understanding - of technology, technical roles and technical skills.
- Identifying - sourcing techniques and uncovering candidates
- Screening - & Ascertaining the competence of candidates against a technical job description
- Interviewing - candidates over telephone, to assess their qualifications
- Following up - & keeping stakeholders in the loop.
