Manager - New tech implementation, Fulfilment in India's fastest growing eCommerce Company

Qualification – BE/BTech + MBA (From Tier 1 institutes)

Tasks/Responsibilities:

- Design best-in-class processes and metrics for Fulfilment centre that will improve the overall customer experience, alongside minimizing operational costs

- Perform operational analysis and develop priorities for technical implementation

- Drive workshops and lead requirement gathering phase

- Ensure new technology is implemented across the Fulfilment centres in collaboration with training teams, and incorporate the learnings in subsequent projects

- Deliver operational excellence goals relating to all areas of operational performance on time and in full

- Support new initiatives with development, communication and implementation through partnering with cross-functional teams

- Manage and develop a team of analysts

Desired Skills & Requirements:

- Bachelors/Masters from a Tier 1 college, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Operations or related field and a minimum of 3 – 6 yrs industry experience

- Excellence acumen to harness the power of technology to improve the processes

- Proven analytical skills

- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment

- Demonstrated ability to lead by influence, including the delivery of cross functional projects

- Must be a strong communicator and an effective leader with the ability to motivate and develop their team

- Open to travel
