Techno Functional Role - Peoplesoft - Time & Labor/Absence Management

Role and Requirement:

Techno-functional profile

- Understand the Time and Labor business process from time entry to billing and assist in determining process improvements and system enhancements.

- Deep understanding of the relationship between finance Project Costing and Time Entry at the project level in Time and Labor through

- Support integration broker messaging between HR and Project Accounting

- Take lead role as a PeopleSoft Subject Matter Expert in the International PeopleSoft implementation for the Time and Labor

- Maintains core T&L module configuration across all business segments

- Liaison between the functional users and technical developers

- Provide all levels of end user support for:

Global Time and Labor

Global Absence Management

Finance time integration

- Manage support and service requests in ticketing software

- Create and deliver end user training for both new and existing functionality

- Create functional specifications for development work for either enhancements or break fixes.

- Create and execute test scripts for upgrades, development, and support fixes.

- Work with functional staff to develop and track user acceptance testing

- Create and Modify PeopleSoft Queries and Pivot Grids

- Having thorough knowledge of real-time Customization & Upgrdation.

TECHNICAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- Min 5 years overall experience with PeopleSoft Time and Labor

- Upgradation and customization of PeopleSoft Financials/Supply Chain Management 9.1 to 9.2

- Experience with implementations, upgrades, projects and production support for PeopleSoft HR along with knowledge of all HR elements like data and absence management.

- Bachelors or Advanced degree in technology or business

- A solid understanding of PS HR applications, PS Query, PS Security, PS Application Designer, and MS SQL

- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business issues both written and verbally

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
