What you will be doing:

As a Technical Training and Education Specialist:

- Provide regular education for end-users and service providers with training on systems and products

- Provide technical guidance for applications and instrumentation to service providers/customers/Company’s local team

- Monitor sites ensuring customer is up to date on instrument operation, assay interpretation, and maintenance of Companies products by providing refresher web-based training

- Translate training materials into appropriate language

- Participate in training materials’ improvement and implementation of e Learning

- Records information related to installations, training, customer support and follow-up
