Position: Technical Recruiter - US Market (night shift)

Job Location: Noida

Job Type: Full-time

Number of Position: 5

Shift Time: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST

- As a Technical Recruiter you will be performing full-life cycle recruiting for technical and Techno-functional positions for our current opportunities as well as building a pipeline for upcoming contract awards.

- A minimum of 1 year of full life cycle technical recruiting experience in the consulting/contracting industry.

- Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems preferably commercial tools like BullHorn, JobDiva, etc...

- Must be able to develop reports, track trends, and function in the applicant tracking tool.

- Strong knowledge of tax terms, employment regulations

- Ability to post job requisitions in accordance with OFCCP government regulations and company guidelines

- Experience utilizing creative sourcing techniques to include but not limited to: social media, job boards, mailing lists, user groups, trade organizations, cold calling, referrals, etc.

- High level of skill and experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Ability to be a self-starter, establish priorities, resolve issues independently and in coordination with members of the human resources and recruiting teams.

- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of candidates, employees, and members of the management team.

- Flexibility and sense of urgency

- Top-notch organizational and analytical skills

- Recruiting experience for FinTech/Investment Banking community is highly desirable.
