Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for End to End recruitment for technical requisitions
- Proactively partner with hiring managers and senior management to understand the staffing needs and goals of the company & assess talent as per requirements.
- Work closely with Hiring Managers to ensure timely closure of requisitions.
- Develop new and innovative approaches to attract quality candidates using a variety of networking tools.
- Proactively develop talent pool or social engagements for future needs
- Develop/initiate new ways of hiring relevant talent by mechanisms other than traditional sources of hiring.
Preferred Skills :
- 4 to 6 years of technology hiring experience
- Relevant experience of End to End recruitment all possible technology positions of an eCommerce company
- Should have a good LinkedIn presence/connections
