Position: Technical Project Manager  Experience: 8-13years   Work Location: Hyderabad   Roles and Responsibilities  - Lead the planning and implementation of project.  - Liaise between functional and engineering.  - Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverable.  - Define project tasks and resource requirements.  - Develop full scale project plans.  - Manage project resource allocation.  - Plan and schedule project timelines.  - Track project deliverable using appropriate tools.  - Provide direction and support to project team.  - Quality assurance.  - Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.  - Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions.  - Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.  - Project evaluations and assessment of results.   Skills Essential:  - 8+ years of experience in software management particularly in the development of Java/ J2EE technologies.   - Knowledge of Core Java, Spring, Hibernate and Web services is must.  - Knowledge of project management techniques and tools, must be well versed Agile ans scrum methodologies.  - Proven experience in people management, strategic planning, risk management and change management.  - Proficient in project management software.  - Ability to deliver results on time, on budget, and to the very highest standards.  - Ability to quickly gain the technical, behavioral and contextual elements of a project.  Added Advantage:  Candidate with exposure in working in product organisation would be an added advantage.
