We are looking for an outstanding Technical Project Manager who will help create custom solutions for our clients, lead a full-fledged competent development team and also help to build our world-class social products.   You will:  - Design, develop, implement, and support the products & services we offer using the latest technologies.  - Determine a technical road-map and strategy that is aligned to the organizational vision and goals.  - Tap into the talents and resources in order to support and bring out the best in others  - Participate in functional and technical operational decision team meetings and be responsible for detailed project planning, project documentation and project delivery schedule.  - Clearly communicate project updates, risks and issues to stakeholders and senior management.   - Set the correct level of expectations in terms of delivery plan, dates & scope with external or internal clients.  - Assure that the product/service/business requirements is sufficiently translated into agreed functional and technical specifications  - Collaborate with web developers, software developers, and testers to identify feature details, elaborate on and create world class software products/services.  - Effectively manage trade-offs between cost/schedule versus business benefit.  - Understand and actively advance best practices (e.g. Agile/Scrum, Continuous Delivery) and test driven development.  - You will own and drive the life cycle of new features from high level concept design to operational delivery and beyond.   - Be committed to the success of the projects you are working on and of all team members  - Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team & in the overall business and implement them.  - Actively contribute to our company's culture of having fun together, embracing change, growing and delivering.  We pride ourselves on ingenuity, on doing things quickly and well, and usually better than what the mission requires. This means that apart from tremendous growth opportunities, you will also enjoy the flexibility and buzz of being in a startup like environment and work in a cool office with a great work culture.   Desired Skills & Experience:   - You should have 10-12 year experience producing world-class applications and products and should also have worked in a technical project/product management role.   - You should have an expert knowledge and experience in LAMP Architecture using Amazon EC2 or other cloud based services and must have demonstrated your ability to learn and utilize emerging technologies in your projects or products  - A technical degree is a must - B.E. / B Tech.  - Working and thriving in a startup / semi-structure environments is highly desirable  - High degree of competency with project management including: issue/risk identification and management, tracking dependencies and milestones, and communication of overall project status.  - Ability to creatively solve challenging business/technology/personnel issues.  - Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs, with the ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence.  - Experience with large scale, complex, multi-tier, web applications.
