Role and Responsibilities:

- Responsible to manage a project life cycle and its various stages from inception till delivery with minimal supervision/ hand holding.

- Responsible to manage and handle the client interaction in terms of understanding the requirement and translating to the teams for deliverables.

- Able to guide the team, provide direction and technical expertise in design, development and integration of the project.

- Provide an efficient working atmosphere to project teams and ensure objectives are met within stipulated time

- Able to provide technical training to teams when required and serve as a technical mentor to team members.

- Able to facilitate technical problem solving and escalations to maintain the schedule.

Managerial:

- Candidate with good communication skills and ability to own and deliver task being self-sufficient.

- Effectively communicate with client on regular basis

- Ability to develops strong relationships with business leaders

- Has experience supervising, guiding, or mentoring developers Knows all times, technical depth and client expectation - the health of the project, critical path items, risks and impact to timelines.

- Ability to work on and handle multiple projects teams at the same time.

- Should have Go Getter attitude and enjoy working in a smaller organization with greater visibility and responsibility.

- Should be passionate, voracious continuous learner who keeps up with the latest trends, technologies and tools in the industry

Technical:

- Exercise proficiency in .NET technologies including C#, HTML5, CSS, jQuery, ASP.NET, MVC, LinQ SQL Server, ORM (NHibernate, Entity Framework).

- Should hold sound knowledge in Object Oriented Programming (OOPS) and Data Structure.

- Should have an exposure in working on SDLC process for at least 2/3 projects.

- Should be very familiar with TDD (Test Driven Development).

- Should be good at SOLID design Principles, Domain Driven Design.

- Working experience in Angular JS would be preferred.

- Exposure to MongoDB, Node JS and related stack would be preferred

Qualification And Experience:

- B.E in Computer Science

- Should carry 8+ years of strong experience in web development with deep understanding of Microsoft .NET technologies, architecture, configuration, deployment and performance.

- Hands on experience in designing and building of complex enterprise applications.

- Good understanding of Agile Development Methodologies.

- Having a US B1 Visa will be beneficial
