Indicative Job Responsibilities :

MUST

1. Verification of construction as per drawing & estimate.

2. Assessing the valuation of the property - Independently as well as ratification of vendor reports

3. Supervision of technical vendors in liaison with credit team

4. Approving the projects for the advance processing facility for funding.

5. Tracking the progress of the approved projects and updation of work progress.

6. Creation of Technical Policy - HUB/Location wise

7. Construction Norms Grid - HUB/Location wise

8. Approval of the agency bills

9. HUB property valuation grid

10. Preparation of construction funding report for the projects.

11. Developers & Projects - Rating & Scoring

12. Keep abreast of Market and Real estate developments

13. Portfolio Cuts and Asset management
