We have Opportunity with MNC company into Glass Primar Packaging Company as Technical / Engineering Manager reporting to Plant Manager based in Gujarat near to Surat.

- Candidates with 15-20 years work experience in Continuous process plant with high-end machinery (Imported machinery) should only apply.

Profile:

- Supervising the work of the maintenance team,

- Cooperation with external service companies and parts suppliers,

- Analysis and effective technical problems solving in the area of maintenance,

- Ensuring uptime of production lines

- Locating and removing failures and analyzing their causes and consequences performing surveys, maintenance and modernization

- Implementation of new and optimization of existing production processes

- Conducting reporting documents, cadastral work-related to performed position

- Ensuring the availability of necessary spare parts

- Co-creation and implementation of SOPs and repair SOPs

- Development and supervising of corrective and preventive actions

- Working closely with the production department in the implementation of continuous improvement projects

- Participation in the implementation of projects

- Plan and follow-up yearly, quarterly and monthly KPIs. Define and execute corrective actions in case of negative deviations.

- Ensure procedural compliance and adherence to safety rules

Formal Qualifications/Required Skills:

- Excellent written and oral communications and interpersonal skills.

- Very good English competence, both oral and written

- Ability to follow established technical and administrative procedures

- Process orientation

- Excellent computer skills.

- Mobile Equipment Licenses (i.e. Forklift)

- Mechanical aptitude, able to read blueprints

Candidates with high-quality oriented manufacturing environment like pharma, medical devices, medical supplies, electronics, food & beverage are preferred.
