Technical Director - P&L Role - Testing/Inspection Agency

10+ Yrs Experience out of Which Last 5 Years Experience of working in testing cum inspection agency.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Experience in handling various audits (NABL, BIS etc.)

Market intelligence in Textiles, Jute, Rubber and Leather products

Experience of handling day to day operations of a laboratory

Responsible for designing business strategy,Expand customer base and increase business potential

Responsible for overall Laboratory Administration including setting up of quality checks and systems to ensure error free reports

Selection and recommendation of new instruments and equipment for expanding business as per need

Hiring and recruiting staff for inspection services and providing proper training to ensure quality of service

Monitoring and planning of Calibration and Maintenance activities for all lab equipment.

Assist in solving analytical problems faced by individual Chemists/Technician & Trainees

Updating of knowledge and professional skill of all Technical Personnel through appropriate training

Reviewing the reports of completed work and making appropriate recommendation after necessary checks

Implementing Lab Information Management System.

Someone with JUTE, RUBBER, PLASTIC experience is what we are looking for as Our client is focusing on this industry, someone who can be groomed as he Entire product Vertical Head P&L.
