Description:

- Responsible for the integrity of the industrial structure of the company

- Ensuring industrial activity as per the quality and operational standards

- Technical support to the operational and maintenance areas

- Product and process assessment

- Supervise the performance of the quality management system

- Interact with the HQ and local team to communicate, coordinate the needs and actions in technical areas

Job Description

Reporting into the CEO of the organization, you will have the following responsibilities:

- Definition and implementation of a reliability program to reduce the likelihood and frequency of failures

- Definition and implementation of a contingency plan for machines and utilities

- Provide technical support to the plastic injection and printing processes

- Monitor the correct utilization of machines and moulds

- To make sure that the technical specifications of the products are met

- Audit the maintenance activities

- Rationalize the critical spares management

- Audit the product test activities in the quality lab and in the shop floor

- Audit the existing processes to increase the productivity

- Automation of the existing manual processes

- Report periodically the status of the company from the technical point of view to head quarter and CEO

Profile

You should have over 10 years of experience as technical director in manufacturing companies of plastics products for the pharmaceutical or cosmetics industry. Candidates from the automotive industry can be also considered.

- Industrial/Production/Mechanical Engineer

- Post-Graduate degrees in continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, total productive maintenance, polymers processing, utilization of last generation multi cavity plastic injection moulds

- Polymer processing in industrial plastic injection.

- Industrial printing on plastic (offset, silk screen, hot foil).

- Total productive maintenance.

- Process automation.

- ISO- 9001. Audit Leader

- ISO- 22000 Internal audit.

- ISO-14000.

- ISO-18000.

- Audit in integrated quality management systems.

- Lean manufacturing.
