Looking out for a Tech Manager with good project management experience; job location Bangalore.

Preferred Skills:

- More than 9 years work experience in the Solutions organization designing and developing applications. The position will report to the Head of India Operations.

- You will work closely with the Senior Solutions Manager, and a team of solutions engineers, customers, product management, QA, Solutions and support organizations to develop and deliver high quality applications.

Mandatory Skills:

- Experience in managing teams of over 10 people

- Strong enterprise business application design and development experience.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering/Business.

- Strong knowledge of SQL, Relational databases and Data Modeling.

- Familiarity with Manufacturing processes.

- Working knowledge of HTML. Strong written and oral communication skills. Exposure to enterprise business applications such as ERP or CRM.

- Reviewing architecture, and solutions (Is not required to be hands-on coder)Must be able to communicate status, and all other Project related communications with the customer.

- Must be solutions oriented, anticipate risk and be capable of addressing risk.

- Must be strong in SCRUM, Agile Tools, and other Project Management Models. Must be thorough in Project Management Concepts.

- Must be able to deep-dive into solution, identify technical integrations necessary, and be able to juggle around the technical dependency.

- Must be able manage QA team, and plan for sufficient QA testing. Adept in making project plans.

- Must be able to engage with customer and also negotiate with customer on the timelines, and other deliverables in such a way that s/he creates a win-win solution (for both the Project execution and Customer) Hands-on manager. Be able to know the project status and action plan in case of delays.

- Strong communication and networking skill.

- Must be comfortable in Requirement Gathering, and interface with BA on this

- Must be able to give demonstrations to the customer, and other team on the project being implemented

- Must be able to estimate the projects, and validate the estimates given

Personal Traits:

- Strong comprehension, analytical and problem solving skills

- Excellent Communication skills (written & verbal) are mandatory

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

- Interact with customers, product management and solutions & services organization.

- Write solution design documents. Review Requirements documents and provide feedback to Product Management and Solutions organization.

- Manage a team of solutions developers to develop applications that or of the highest quality and are delivered in a timely manner.

- Travel to customer locations, be responsible for end to end implementation of Solutions modules.

- Work closely with QA organization to help develop test cases.

- Write Application User Guides and prepare training material for customers.

- Interface with the US Solutions team and track all open issues to closure
