Designation: Technical Consultant-EMS Remedy

Experience: 8- 15 Years

Roles and Responsibilities

- Should have 7 to 10 years of experience in the IT industry with minimum 5 years experience of developing Remedy AR System solutions and at least 2 projects as Technical Lead.

- Ability to understand complex business issues and to develop and communicate effective solutions with Integrated Services Management products in complex business environments

- Proven accomplishments and success in customizing, integrating and implementing enterprise software solutions.

- Working knowledge of Windows NT and UNIX environments, Oracle, MS SQL Server, ASP, JScript, JavaScript, VBScript, C, C++, COM Object Architecture, OO Methodologies and of system networking and administration capabilities

- Working knowledge of eCommerce and e-mail technologies including Commerce Platform Architectures, HTML authoring, CGI programming, and enterprise e-mail servers
