Technical Client Partner (12-15 yrs)
1. Work with Account Managers to create opportunities by
- Contextually engaging with various business and IT stakeholders and demonstrating IT Lifecycle Assurance offerings
- Understanding customer’s real business challenges and create client confidence by putting together point solutions or PoCs
- Engaging (from time to time) with Business teams of the client and briefing them on the best practices in the industry
2. Probe and understandtangible / intangible requirements of clients
3. Be accountable for solutioning through
- Integrated proposals covering – solution, estimation and technical proposal
- Engagement with the client throughout the proposal process for validating the proposition – every step of the way
- Engaging and obtaining support from Solutions Group and Practice teams for specific and critical solution needs
- Take lead in proposal defence by bringing out our differentiation
4. Knowledge transition to Program Manager/Project Manager before initiating the delivery of the engagement
5. Keep self and AM updated on the emerging delivery challenges at the client which will have impact on current and future opportunities
6. Take part in periodic meetings with client and team along with AM to monitor delivery challenges
7. Keep self and AM updated on new and integrated service offerings that Solutions Group comes up
Skills / Experience
Years of experience
1. Should have at least 5 years of domain experience in banking – Retail / Treasury / Corporate / Wealth Management
2. Should have 5 years of experience in an IT services firm in delivery role, with experience in delivering BA services, Application Assurance Services, Domain led consulting offerings (preferable), Essentially appreciation of offerings along entire SDLC
3. Should have experience in pre-sales / solutioning, Ability to communicate / present to business leaders and CXOs,Ability to interpret and apply experience and knowledge in client context.
4. Should have spent at least half IT services experience in client facing roles rather than back-end/offshore delivery

Education: Engineering from Premier Colleges or MBA from Premium B Schools
