- Should have sound experience of designing the blue print for high end IT products.

- Should be either from a Software Product organization or from the telecom industry.

- Should have extensive experience in C, C+, C++ languages.

- Should have experience of release of a commercial software product.

- The person should come from strong education background; B.Tech or MCA (from premier institutes)

- The candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skills.
