Job description:  We are looking for a person who can take over leadership of a key sales team that will sell our digital offerings across direct clients, agencies and more.  As the brands have very deep relationships and familiarity with a majority of our clients, some familiarity at your end with the media and advertising industry will be a huge advantage.  The work involves a lot of ideating and inputs, with a focus on getting the trade community excited or interested in our clients offerings. So a strong interest in what makes media tick, would not hurt at all.  Your clients are typically, young, demanding, and value strong ideas, even if they may not adopt every one. Thus, a typical sales resilience would be a useful tool to enjoy your work.  You will have a young team of sales associates working with you. It will be your job to ensure they are focused, learning from their mistakes and wins, and growing under you.   The Position is based at our Noida headquarter.  Desired Skills and Experience:  - Digital Sales experience is a must.
