Role Purpose:  - The role holder is responsible for chalking strategic roadmap for any program roll-out. The focus of the incumbent would be to drive an IT strategy that would help achieve the business goals by delivering best systems to support the underlying processes, eliminate any system gaps and leveraging synergies of business units.  Key Responsibilities Areas:  - Alignment of Strategy and Business Vision: To co-create vision for future solutions / programs aligned with business needs.  - CXO Support  - Due Diligence: Conduct due-diligence exercise on programs / systems, understand the unique service offerings, capabilities prior to transition or integration planning / strategic changes.  - Identify & Bridge Gaps: identify gaps, understand challenges, assess industry best practices, list tasks and time required to bridge gaps.  - Technology migration or transition plan: Understand process, systems and chalk detailed plan covering proposed system architecture, possible configuration and interface points and critical processes for each function.  - ROI Framework Development: An ROI framework to measure and track overall efficiency and develop a road map for strategic implementation of the program.  Job Specification:  - BE / MBA - Operations / Strategy  - 4-8 years of industry experience  - Strong understanding of technology / domain  Key Attributes:  - Strategic thinking  - Outcome orientation  - Analytical Ability  - Goal Orientation  - Ability to engage senior management and influence opinion  - Ability to articulate clearly through written and verbal communication
