Urgent requirement for the role of Solution Integrator @ Tech Mahindra...  Responsibilities:  - Bid Qualification :   Participate in Bid Qualification Calls - Capture customer's drivers for the proposal, assess competition and aid in determining target pricing.  - Solution Definition:   Identify solution stakeholders and define solution scope for each.  - Solution Development:   Define review milestones and identify reviewers to be incorporated in bid plan.  - Solution/Proposal Review:   Review and sanitize the review comments and queries.  Traits expected:  - Passion and ability to work - Hands On- on a proposal (Writing content, editing existing content, Preparing Presentations and so on)   - Solid cross functional and/or cross technical experience - Delivery, Solution Design, Presales  - Business orientation  - Good social and communication skills  - Technology agnostic - Consulting mindset  - Ability to question the different aspects of the solution and be able to take informed decision  - Highly passionate, energetic, decision maker  - Customer centric  - Ability to bring in holistic perspective  - Ability to author and synthesize content for one Tech M experience  - Creative and Disruptive thinking
