WHAT YOU- LL BE DOING

Product Management at this company is customer centric - we have customer first philosophy for business. As product manager you will own the ideas from inception to execution, be responsible to give direction and shaping the future of products at the company. We are looking for a candidates with strong problem solving skills, customer orientation & business intelligence.

Role Definition

- Understand customer requirements through data and experimentation.

- Develop crisp product requirements, create user stories that can be used to create product specifications

- Define product road map in tune with business requirements

- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across technology, design, operations, marketing and sales to create world class products

- Define success metrics to monitor post launch performance

Skills and Experience

- Bachelor's / Master's degree. MBA preferred.

- 2 to 8 years of experience working across B2B / B2C products.

- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Startup work experience will be added advantage.
