magenta is a fresh thinking creative agency based in Khar West, Mumbai. It provides strategic brand and corporate communications support to companies growing in and from India and to inbound investors.

magenta is recruiting a head of client services.

The successful candidate will take a lead role in client relationships to ensure smooth project delivery, managing a range of in-house and freelance creative resources. Projects have multiple work streams including content and multi-channel design including digital and audio-visual. S/he should have experience of project delivery in either an agency environment, a consulting or professional services firm.

The post-holder will be responsible for delivering projects in order to meet quarterly revenue targets. This will include cost management of projects and resources, to ensure profitability.

S/he will be responsible for the precise planning of projects, from timings and budgets, to resource and trafficking. S/he will manage internal teams, including copywriters, designers and project managers. The post-holder will understand key dependencies and the strategic priorities of the business in order to ensure that all work is completed on time, efficiently and to the highest standard.

There will be strategic client relationship management and, as this is a small agency, the person appointed is expected to be flexible in taking on additional responsibility as required to successfully run the studio.
