Team Member - Business Intelligence Unit - BFSI

We are Hiring for one of the leading Bank as TEAM MEMBER- BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE UNIT.

JOB LOCATION :- MUMBAI

JOB ROLE:-

1. Business & financial analytics:

a. Budgeting & forecasting:

- The Annual business plan for the Division

- Roll out of Regional/ Area Performance parameters

- Monitor monthly performance and Variance Analysis

b. Management Reporting:

- Analytics and trending of data for management consumption

- Preparing various reports on key business parameters to facilitate decision making by the Management.

- Prepare review presentations on an ongoing basis for management reviews.

c. Support Relationship efforts at region with specific sales reports

d. Support the Rewards and Recognition efforts of Corporate Banking with the relevant MIS and ideas on possible execution

e. Co-ordination and exchange of info with various business groups to support the cross synergy efforts

f. Coordination with the central FINCON team to ensure that data reporting is correct and in sync with the reporting standards.

2. Product Development:

a. To work with relationship & Credit team to develop and update product plans offering in the market

b. Develop and update business processes for the Division

c. Work for creating a IT interface for a/c planning & budgeting

3. Systems development and testing :

a. Support towards systems related development and testing relating to corporate bank

JOB REQUIREMENT:-

1. CA/MBA with preferably 1 -1.5 years of experience in MIS / BIU role (post qualification) or graduate with 3 years of experience in MIS / BIU role

2. Analytical/Logical bent of mind with strong inter-personal skills

3. Ability to network and liaise with different teams

4. Expertise on excel is an added advantage
