More than 50 per cent of their revenues flow from their overseas operations spanning 36 countries.   Role : A.M (H.R) or Team Member(H.R) - Young talent management program   Education : MBA from Top B-schools only   He/She will be majorly responsible for :   - Handling entire employee lifecycle of young talents in group   - Hiring & development of talent from Top B school.   - PMS, training programs, & Orientation   - Brand ownership - Create brand identity on target B-School campus   - Designing & Implementing Recruitment strategy   - Pre-joining engagement and interaction with all participants to understand their stint preference  - Identifying their training needs by interacting with the participants.  - Mentor/Buddy Program Management
