Team Member - Acquisition - Prepaid - Telecom

Emprise HR Solutions is a young Search Firm catering to Telecom, Consumer Goods, FMCG and other sectors.

We are looking for a suitable candidate on behalf of one of our esteemed clients.

Position : Prepay Team Member - Acquisition

Location : South Indian City

Company: A leading Telecom Player

Position Objective: To drive Prepay Revenue for GSM / CDMA – Voice & Data

Major Deliverables :

- Prepay revenue enhancement: Achieving gross and net add targets as per AOP

- Launch new product / initiatives / IN features to boost acquisitions and revenue

- Monitor ARPU and plan profitability of all new prepay launches

- To identify new segments for prepay acquisitions and plan and implement the strategy to penetrate the same with leadership position.

- Responsible for overall Prepay Voice Revenue target.

- Responsible for Revenue Growth - Mobile (GSM/CDMA),

- Reduction in decay of existing base.

- Responsible for REC Net Adds ARPU , ER , CR , MOU Growth.

Desired Candidate Traits

- MBA with experience of 5-8 years

- Ability for Cross functional working with Sales & Distribution to drive Acquisitions;

- Cross functional working with Marcom to drive Marketing Support for Acquisitions;

- Cross Functional working with CSD & Finance ;

- Must have Prior Marketing experience in Prepay Acquisitions;

- Sales Experience in Prepay will be added advantage

- Should be Result Oriented, Self Driven , Analytical , Strong Interpersonal;communication skills, SAS knowledge, Strong consumer insights , etc
