Job Purpose / Role:-

- To ensure all activities of QA- Machine Shop should run smoothly

- Ensuring Process conformance through routine audits

- Handling of team members

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for Planning, preparation and implementation of Quality Assurance system in Machine Shop &

Standard Room areas.

- Responsible for maintaining & enhancing PQCDMS parameters

- Responsible for compliance of product & process audits

- Structured Problem Solving Approach for elimination of chronic defects

- Participation in Daily Work Management (DWM) & actions as per requirement

- Analysis of routine problems and supporting Production team for its elimination

- Responsible for IMS related activities

- Team Member multiskilling as per plan

- Handling & training of team members

- Ensuring TPM activities as per plan to meet business objectives (QM Pillar)

- Responsible for maintaining emotional connect with team members and healthy ER in the section

- Responsible for Implementation of improvement projects (VC/VE themes)
