Senior Specialist or Specialist – Legal Services (Commercial Contracts)

1.Qualifications:

- 6-8 years of post qualification, exposure to US Laws

- LLB / BL degree minimum

- Strong computer skills

2.Shift

- Flexible to shifts

3.Responsibilities:

- Contract drafting and reviewing

- Meticulously follow legal processes and task

- Excellent American English written and oral communication skills

- Strong follow through skills

- Attention to detail

- Adherence to Policy and Procedures

- Ability to work with little supervision

- Strong problem solving, research and follow-up skills

- Assertive Team Player

- Well Organized

- Self Starter and self-motivated

- Be able to work efficiently and effectively under pressure while changing and realigning priorities

- Good team player/leader and great interpersonal skills

Preferably with prior experience of having worked in a reputed law firm or legal department of a MNC.

Candidate Profile:

Only from LPO background (Legal Processing Outsource)

People Management experience mandatory

CTC: 8 – 10 LPA

Rotational shifts including night shifts
