- Lead and manage a team of analysts and statisticians to apply working knowledge of risk analytics (including scoring & segmentation techniques)  - Performing analyses, tracking and preparing reports on key indicators of platform portfolio health, to identify early warning signals and risk factors at an early stage, eg. NPA, EDA, non-starter, yield v/s NPA etc. for various cuts - branches, division/ zone/ BU, dealer/ channels, products  - Monitor roll forward rates of different DPD/ default buckets, and recommend mitigation, eg. credit limit adjustments  - Liaise with BU teams and Credit-Risk team to give inputs on credit performance to minimize loss and optimize credit policies  - Tracking and reporting of schemes/ initiatives and results, emerging trends and opportunities to senior management on a timely basis  - Develop and maintain data infrastructure to support portfolio control  - Develop and implement strategies to better manage and report on overall portfolio quality/ performance  - Assist in developing statistical scorecards in the areas of credit applications to rate customers by probability of default.  - Develop and implement predictive statistical scorecards in the area of collections.  - Generate cross-sell leads for the platform through data mining and analytics  - Leverage the credit-bureaus to identify and optimize opportunities, risk, collections  - Liaise with Credit Bureaus and identify/ study new tools for Risk Management or Business generation, emerging in the Markets from time to time
