Team Leader/Manager - Trade Relationship Management - Banking (10-15 yrs)

Job Description -


- The role holder will be responsible for managing team of RM's who manages portfolios of Trade Forex customers.


- RM's focus should be on deepening existing client relationships or acquiring those that are new to bank from within the portfolio.


- The incumbent must possess strong Commercial, Transactional, wealth Management & Other Banking products understanding to acquire and manage the top CA relationships for the cluster.


- Will be responsible for ensuring that the team goal sheet targets are met across deepening & Up-Selling on key CA-led relationships through CASA Value, Tfx income, BB, CMS, LI, MF, Locker, NTB Acquisition & other products


- To focus on profile based cross sell of value added products such as Trade Forex, CMS, POS, Payment gateway solutions, doorstep banking, working capital / loan needs & OPDT and family SA


- Will be required to go on join calls and build relationships and personally interact with the top clients in the portfolio to deepen and enhance relationships.

- Should be able to rigorously monitor cross sell on the portfolio as well as sales process compliance across RMs.

- Will be responsible for recruiting RMs, mentoring and training them. Should build capability across RMs for them to be able to independently manage and grow business

- Regular review of RMs to ensure that they comply with processes and meet operational guidelines. Will be responsible to drive high contactability and service levels on the RM portfolio

- Will need to drive all initiatives run by the central team and ensure RMs work on the base to enhance customer engagement and penetration

- Should be able to collaborate and work with various teams in the organization to ensure optimal support and service for RM managed customers

- Past Experience:

- 5 to 10 years of work experience in Elite Trade/Transaction banking or commercial banking RM.

- Should be well versed with all banking products and operations. Should be a specialist in trade products and be able to independently source business from Trade customers

- Should be self motivated with strong communication and relationship building skills and a team player.

- Candidates with Banking Background would be preferred .

- Previous experience of handling a team of Trade Relationship Manager will be an added advantage
