Exp : 4 - 7 Years

- Min 2 years team handling experience Any Graduate/Post Graduate

- End to end recruitment life cycle in Permanent & Contract Staffing

- Ensuring SLAs are met of the team for providing the validated profiles

- Handling day to day reporting, job allocation, work delivery, operation, performance management of the team.

- Managing the team Database

- Experience in IT/ Non IT Recruitment

Requirements :

- Any Graduate/ Post Graduate

- Team handling experience is must

- Experience in IT/ Non IT hiring

- Exposure in Client Handling
