Job Title: Team leader/KAM/Sr. Consultant (Non - IT Recruitment)
Location: Nehru Place, Delhi
Role Objective:
Coordinate with MNC Clients to understand their needs, get new job requirements. Motivate and Manage team of Resource Consultants to search & convince candidates and fulfill requirements in time. Good knowledge of industry roles, verticals & people.
To succeed in job, the ideal candidate will have recruitment experience of filling positions with professional recruitment firms. He / She should be a smart worker, have initiative and be a go-getter.
Minimum requirement is:
- 3+ years of experience of Client management & client engagement in Non-IT segment of recruitment consulting
- Excellent Communication & ability to build relations & close positions
- Strong understanding of roles and profiles in non-IT industry
- Good resume sourcing & team managing skills
- Experience in team handling
