Minimum 2-3 years exp in the BPO industry   2. 2 years in managing team  3. Should be currently at a Team Leader level (1 year & above)   4. Good communication skills   5. International BPO experience required   6. Preferably should have worked with the UK client and insurance  Job Description: -  1. SLA Management  2. Manage Client calls / calibration to understand expectations, provide feedback and reports and ensure update cascades to the team,  3. Handle queries or escalations;   4. Conduct weekly calls with the stakeholders   5. Measure and improve quality of the process by implementing to the team;   6. Prepare process improvement plans and lean projects on a periodic basis;   7. Measure & prepare periodic MI report for the client and risk and compliance team.   8. Review performance and productivity of the team and provide monthly one to one   9. Conduct performance appraisal. Give feedback to ensure high quality and accuracy;   10. Manage team absenteeism,for the associates and provide feedback; and Participate in the recruitment. Responsible for managing attrition, attendance, breaks and conduct;   11. Co-ordinate with the transport/ IT team for new team members as and when required;   12. Implement the rewards and recognitions, resolve issues related to the shift; and recognition budget.  13.
