Job Description :
Recruitment :
- Develop the sourcing plan and deploy recruitment plan
- Optimize source mix and hiring cost
- Ensuring hiring within agreed TAT
On-boarding and Induction :
- Ensure best in class employee joining experience through On-boarding and Induction.
- Meet and welcome all new employees on the date of joining
Employee Engagement :
- Ensure management of all employee engagement activities
- Conduct employee focus groups to complement engagement surveys
- Leverage events to create and sustain dialogue around engagement
Performance Management & Succession Planning :
- Coordinate the implementation of Performance management processes for the business unit
- Identify critical positions & suitable candidates for development
- Oversee implementation of annual performance appraisal process
- Execute succession planning road-map for the business unit
Retention :
- Maintain attrition below 15% of total employee count for the business unit
- Monitor investigation and action taken on Employee Grievances / Disciplinary issues, violation of ethical norms
- Provide coaching & counseling for the department in order to build a motivated team and ensure smooth & cordial relations
HR Operations :
- Ensure documentation of all processes and policies and adherence on a day to day basis
- Provide feedback on processes & enhancements required in order to ensure alignment of HR processes with business objectives
HR Dashboards :
- Maintain recruitment tracker highlighting current status of open position and pipeline for each position
- Maintain engagement tracker highlighting every employee's red, amber and green (RAG) status
- Ensure all other daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports are up to date
Minimum / Specific Experience :
- Management graduate with 4-6 years of relevant experience
- Analytical skills & Process Orientation
