To support - Data Management- team in Data Analysis & Quality, Data Maintenance & Cleansing, Data loading & Data setup in PeopleSoft
- Data Analysis, Data Quality and Maintenance.
- Data Setup & Data Loading.
- Ability to learn the HR process quickly.
- Should own the process and handle each case as a priority.
- Strong individual engagement with team members.
- Should meet the SLA with 100% data quality for all transactions.
- Identify and removes process wastes/process improvements.
- Successfully implement best practices into own team and migrates them to other teams/ units.
- Use customer feedback to continuously improve the processes.
- Should give the immediate attention for escalations and queries.
