We have 1 very urgent position in one of the reputed BFSI / NBFC brand :

POSITION - Team Leader - Credit [ Supply Chain product ; Corporate finance ]

REPORTEES - Team of Credit managers across states / clusters .

LOCATION :- MUMBAI

CTC : 20 lac to 25 lac p.a. ( depending upon current package, experience, education, interview status )

JOB DESCRIPTION:-

4) Principal Accountabilities

Accountability Supporting Actions

Underwriting and Recommending quality proposals

- To underwrite the proposal as per the standard parameters

- Analyze Management Risk, Industry Risk, Business Risk and Financial Risk of the proposal

- Ensure strict adherence to the credit policy guidelines

- Ensure strength and weakness with proper mitigants are being captured in the proposal

- Recommend quality proposals thereby ensuring good quality portfolio and minimal level of NPAs

Leading - Credit - Risk- initiatives to support business growth

- To support the Product development teams

- To devise risk parameter and screening for new products

- Analyze / keep track of various Industries and sectors and use the information in credit process

- Execution of Key Initiatives undertaken

- Analysis of monthly P&L and submit report

To ensure efficient TAT for validating the

Proposals

- Ensure timely processing of proposals

- Ensure timely submission of proposals to Risk Team

- Coordinate with Credit Committee members for timely approval of proposals

Renewal / Enhancement of existing facility

- Ensure that the renewal proposal is compliant with the stipulated conditions at the time of previous sanction

- Ensure timely submission of renewal proposal to the Credit Committee members

- Ensure timely renewal of proposal for continuous servicing to the client

Sales Support & Capacity building

- Continuously update the sales teams on the broad parameters for validating lending proposals, provide regular trainings to RMs for the same

- Ensure that all the requests of Sales have been timely responded

- Discuss with customers for better understanding of their business credentials, ensuring timely movement of cases

Continuous Monitoring of portfolio and assisting in completion of the audit

- Half yearly review of the borrowers account

- Regular updates on sectoral changes with help of external sources.

- To assist the Head of CFG risk in completion of satisfactory audit of the portfolio which the incumbent is responsible for.

- To incorporate the findings of the audit and recommendations into the credit appraisal process as well as in the programme review.

To build a strong team and focus on skill development

- To supervise the work flow of team members & assist with their knowledge enhancement/ behavioral development trainings

- To engage in self development and undertake necessary trainings

INDUSTRY :

BANKING / NBFC into CREDIT HANDLING for SUPPLY CHAIN FUNDING products. Current team handling preferred.

Education - MBA (Full Time) / CA.
