Team Lead/Team Member - Lloyd's Market - Actuarial Techniques

Position of Team Lead/ Team Member in insurance space in Pune.

The primary responsibilities are:

- Playing the role of a lead consultant in the projects and interacting with clients, understanding their requirements and transforming them into a solution framework

- Guiding team on implementing the solutions using the appropriate actuarial / analytical tools & techniques

- Working on implementing the solutions using the appropriate actuarial / analytical tools & techniques

Qualification required:

- Graduate/Post Graduate in Statistics, Mathematics or Economics, with 5+ years of experience of Llyod's market

- Student Member of Actuarial Society (IAI/IFoA/CAS/SOA)

- Experience of pricing / reserving / capital modeling / reporting activities of Lloyds market

- Experience in actuarial/analytical tools like Emblem / ResQ / Igloo / SAS / VBA / SQL / R

Technical skills required:

- Strong knowledge of insurance business and Actuarial techniques - Emblem / ResQ / Igloo / SAS / VBA / SQL / R

- Knowledge of Health Insurance products

. - Well developed analytical and problem solving

- Solid project management skills due to large number of stakeholders involved and tight deadlines

Soft skills required

- Good communication and strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with stakeholders & auditors

- Excellent technical, analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong Business acumen and interest in the entire insurance value chain

- Good presentation, communication and inter-personal skills

- Strong team player and influencing team / stakeholders positively
