- Recording and documentation of Statutory committees i.e Code of Business Principles, Internal Complaints Committee.
- eFiling of Challans like - PF / Gratuity / TDS
- Addressing Summons from Various Government Bodies
- Recording and preparation of reports on the complaint redressal for review by the Board.
- Cascade of Policies to the employees.
Corporate Compliance:
- Compliance Management of all applicable statutes i.e Contract Labour Regulation Act, Shops & Establishment Act, Minimum wages Act, Professional Tax Act, 1975, Employee Compensation Act, 1923, Employee’s State Insurance Act 1948 & Employees Provident Act, 1991.
Drafting Agreements:
- Drafting of various types of Agreements. (Non-Disclosure Agreements, Lease deeds for establishments, Business Center Agreements, Service Agreements with Contractors and Service Level Agreements with clients etc.)
