Team Lead/Sr Recruiter

Pinnacle Solutions is a recruitment company which was established by a bunch of industry veterans who have slogged enough across industries and geographies. We have only grown ever since then. After carefully working out on a lean model till now, we wish to expand our team and improve on our delivery systems. For this Pinnacle Solutions is looking forward to fulfill the following positions asap : -

1. Team Lead Sourcing (2 Positions)

You will be responsible for your own channel of clients, partner with the teams internally and externally and bring about the right synergy between team members, for best optimum results. You will run through mandates and secure closures for self and for the team members who form a part of your team. You are expected to have a complete understanding of the hiring job portals like Naukri.com, Monster.com etc. and should have a decent exposure to hiring from smart/ social channels like LinkedIn, Facebook etc. You are expected to have a clear understanding of the entire life cycle of recruitment.

Required : Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, should have worked in a similar environment for at least 2 years, with a minimum of 1year of team management exposure. Preferably an MBA, however a graduate with the right attitude for the job is also fine by us.

2.) Associate recruiter (3 positions)

Work on the mandates allotted to you by utilizing your key skills, tools like Job portals, social networking sites and smart sourcing tools provided to you and basis your frequent connects with the teams within and from outside the organization. Work for optimum results and on a target based model, thereby working out healthy competition within the team. You are expected to have a complete understanding of the hiring job portals like Naukri.com, Monster.com etc. and should have a decent exposure to hiring from smart/ social channels like LinkedIn, Facebook etc. You are expected to have a clear understanding of the entire life cycle of recruitment.

Required : Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, should have worked in a similar environment for at least 6months to 1year. Preferably an MBA, however a graduate with the right attitude for the job is also fine by us.
