About our Client - Our client is a leading international Credit Bureau with operations in several international markets. They leverage one of the largest sources of Consumer and Commercial Data along with Advanced Analytics and proprietary technology to create customized insights that enrich business performance and consumers' lives.

Job Description - Based out of Bangalore, and reporting in to the Analytics Leader, you will:

- Manage a growing Team of Analysts (Presently 6) that will include both project and performance management

- Be the Point of Contact for the International Function Leader on Project and Team Management Topics

- Coach, mentor and develop your team:

- Work with senior stakeholders on Recruitment Efforts

- Highlight appropriateness of Models/Scores based on various analysis, such as risk-ranking, capture rate, Gini, KS, segmentation

- Conduct complex Statistical Model Validations under the guidance of a Statistician

- Share and Leverage different Statistical Techniques used in building generic scores; challenge processes, design, and model stability

- Present to International counterparts, and internal stakeholders, including senior management

The Successful Candidate - As the successful Applicant, you will:

- Have 5 Years of Analytics experience in the BFSI space

- Have prior leadership experience of around 2 Years in managing a Team

- Be a Masters Degree Holder in a Quantitative Discipline (Statistics, Economics, Maths, Engineering etcetera) from a Top Tier Institute

- Be very well versed with SAS. Prior exposure to R, SPSS, S-Plus, UNIX etcetera will be a plus

- In depth knowledge of Business processes in the Financial Services space. Knowledge of Bureau Data is a Plus

- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Come with exposure to the US Markets ( This will be a plus)

- Have the ability to create, understand, and investigate complex analytical solutions
