We are looking for someone with experience in Qualitative Research with proposal making experience  Please note that the person with people management and stakeholder management experience is preferred.  Let me know if you wish to discuss in details.  Job Description  - In-depth research focused across geographies for business development as well as engagement execution  - Work closely with US/non-US services team leaders and stakeholders in the US, and a few more service lines within in the US on developing various go to market strategies  - Actively work with the Knowledge Management team in maintaining intranet sites for respective service lines and aim to drive and align with the team's knowledge management vision   - Review of deliverables/proposals/presentations to ensure they are visually appealing, impactful and meet the requisite quality standards  - Actively maintain directories and various internal management repository around research conducted and other service lines on the intranet portal  - Support initiatives like marketing e.g. design of focused advertisements  - Enable practice professionals to apply the Methodology on engagements and ensure compliance of the same Support the strategic planning initiatives of the firm like business plans / communication   - Manage a pool of resources below and work as their leader and mentor  - Assist seniors in other important areas of work such as internal trainings, performance appraisals and MIS, should be open to pitch to team wide initiatives and provide support over and above their respective areas of work  Expectations from the incumbent  - People Management- ability to handle people, driving them managing their aspirations and career goals to help them grow with the organization  - Stakeholder Management- ability to establish relationship with the stakeholders and act for them as a point of contact for projects specific to IT/ICT industry  - Open to the challenges of managing a continuously innovative work stream which would include dealing with ambiguity and multi-tasking, managing and training team members, ensuring quality in service delivery to end-users, interacting with international offices across time zones etc.  - Expected to leverage upon his/her experience and knowledge of best practices  Qualifications (Pre-Requisites)  - Overall relevant experience of 5+ years (including team handling experience of around 1+ years)  - Must have a relevant post graduate degree from a reputed institution - this would include MBA from reputed Indian or international B-Schools  - Excellent written and spoken communication skills  - Very good knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel etc. He/she should be able to make impactful documents, presentations etc using these applications  - Experience with managing and leading small teams and/or handling multiple projects simultaneously  - Hands-on experience using research databases for primary / secondary research, such as Capital IQ, Avention, APQC, and Nexis  - Work experience with similar captive units of reputed consulting firms or with front-end consulting looking at moving into a captive unit for the right reasons  In-case you wish to apply, please share the information requested below.  Total experience -  Current residence location -  Current fixed salary -  Current total salary -  Expected fixed salary
