Position: Key Account Manager  Reporting to: Head Sales  Experience: 4+ yrs.   Location: Bangalore   Duties & Responsibilities:   - Prospect & Identify HORECA, Corporate and Gifting customers for Teabox Products  - Conduct End to End Activities to close the sales: Cold Calls, Prospecting, Sampling of the products, Proposal Preparation, Negotiate and Close the sales/contracts.   - Manage relationships across levels with HORECA, Corporate Customers and Gifting partners.   - Co-ordinate with Multiple functions - Operations/Logistics/Finance to streamline supplies to end customers and ensure payments.   - Develop Sales Plan and Monitor Sales. Provide Weekly and Monthly Activity report, highlighting critical issues and solutions.   - Identify, Organize and Participate in Events through Tea Tasting Sessions to build the brand Teabox. (Class and Mass Events). Monitor the footfalls and report feedback/outcome post participation in the events.   - Identify Channel Partners in the market and recommend opportunities for growth.   - Monitor competition activities and develop a plan to counter competition activities.   Qualification & Skills:  - 4+ years of experience - Experience in HORECA/ Institutional Sales primarily taking care of Luxury products  - Enjoys working in Individual Contributing Role. Is self-motivated and has the ability to work in fast paced office environment.  - Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills  - Ability to maintain excellent relations with a variety of internal and external stakeholders  - Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and shift priorities frequently - great at troubleshooting and finding solutions  - Ability to think strategically and collaboratively  - Proficient MS Office Suite  - MBA preferred  CTC : Company Standards  About the Company :  Teabox (a brand owned by Teaxpress Pvt.
