Designation : AVP Marketing  Location : Bangalore  About the Role : The person reports to the SVP, Marketing Teabox and is responsible for developing all acquisition marketing strategies for the Teabox brand in India. This position has P&L responsibility for acquisition, advertising and promotion budgets.   Responsibility :  - Be a brand champion for Teabox by helping to oversee all marketing communication including branding, public relations, advertising and other marketing material.  - Manage a team of X marketing/creative professionals  - Responsible for building the Teabox consumer base, revenue, advertising and promotional budgets goals along with website experience relating to new/existing customers  - Oversee strategies of customer acquisition programs across all channels, principally through SEM/SEO, Social channels and content marketing  - Establish and drive the execution of business building initiatives including competitive analysis, category and channel, product improvement, advertising, pricing, consumer and trade promotions, new product concepts (teas, tea products, accessories) and development and packaging.  - Develop marketing plans to build awareness and customer acquisition for Teabox.com and work with marketplaces to grow a consumer brand, including the development of strategic marketing briefs for campaigns  - Expand digital acquisition capabilities; work closely with internal partners to explore new technologies and develop strategies to create profitable and scalable sources of new customers  - Drive analytical efforts to support decision-making that maximizes long-term value to the company  - Budget management with ability to optimize the marketing mix across multiple channels  - Leverage market research and conduct landscape analyses to identify consumer motivations and leverage insights to improve messaging and find new target audiences or offers  - Collaborate organizationally to ensure efforts and experiences for new customer acquisition are consistent and compelling across channels  - Select and manage relationships with internal creative partners and external advertising, promotion and public relations agencies, freelancers as needed  - Provide ongoing coaching and support to a group of marketing/creative professionals to ensure their success within their current role  What You'll Need :  - MBA with Marketing concentration preferred from premier institute  - 4-6 years of relevant experience Consumer Product Marketing with specific experience in growing brands through direct marketing, online acquisition and program management food/beverage experience preferred   - Strong visionary, leadership, who is creative, ingenious, problem-solving, and communication skills  - Superior analytic skills, proven ability to compile, analyze and leverage performance data to both identify new opportunities and optimize current campaigns  - Experience and a track record of building brands and campaigns that are innovative  - A roll up your sleeves attitude to get the work done - a strategist who also know how to execute the tactics across channels and customers, prove they can make a difference from day one  - Highly collaborative this leader/peer who has a record of partnering with teams across the organization and will have a proven track record of producing high levels of growth
