Position : Assistant Manager - Customer Engagement  Reporting to: Head Marketing  Experience: 2-4 Yrs.   Location: Bangalore   About the Role  As a part of the marketing team, you will be responsible for customer onboarding, engagement & retention. You will be responsible for planning and execute engagement initiatives to build a strong brand connect and drive advocacy. You will be directly responsible for the repeat purchase behavior of consumers (cohorts).  Key Responsibilities:   - Create consumer segments to track & monitor their purchase patterns.  - Device cost effective, engagement campaigns across channels to generate repeat sales and improve customer cohorts.  - Work with the product & marketing team to understand the business requirements and plan the campaigns accordingly.  - Actively partner and collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Content, Creative & Design.  - Define performance metrics & maintain daily weekly, monthly reports.  - Work with the marketing head on monthly, quarterly & annual engagement plans/strategies.  Qualification & Skills:  - 2-4 years of work experience in a hands-on customer engagement / CRM role.   - Deep understanding of email marketing.  - A customer centric, creative, analytical & problem-solving mindset  - Proficiency in at least one marketing automation tool  - Experience in a consumer brand is a plus  - Proficiency in data analytics is a plus.  CTC: Company Standards  About the Company:  Teabox (a brand owned by Teaxpress Pvt.
