- Whitepapers, Innovative Ideas accepted by Customer

Primary :

- Relevant IT Experience of More than 10 years

- Hands-on Experience to all SDLC Phases

- Expertise in Technical Design, Technology Consulting

- Exposure to Overall Technology Architecture Domain

- Customer Liaison Experience, Presentation skills

- Excellent Communication skills

Desirable : Exposure to Banking and Financial Services domain

- Exposure to Telecom, Manufacturing, Utilities/ other domains Technical: Hands-on either Java or Microsoft .NET Platform and Database/SQL Know-How: SOA, BPM, BRE, Enterprise Content Management, Analytics, Performance tuning, Digital Technology (Mobile, Cloud, Social, Analytics)Awareness: Technology Trends and Advancements
