Must-Have:
- Should have led Digital Marketing/E-comm implementations, know the current trends in the Digital Marketing/e-commerce field
- Good exposure in proposing solutions, creating frameworks
- Good Communication skills
- Responsible and willing to take ownership.
- Product knowledge of various products in the Digital Marketing (Oracle Webcenter, Adobe, SiteCore, Drupal, Search) and eComm packages (ATG, Hybris, WCS) is required.
Good-to-Have:
- Good Written communication, Customer facing experience, Mentoring and Grooming experience
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role:
- Work with the Pre-Sales and Delivery teams, lead delivery teams in execution
- Participate in the RFP and various phases of the lifecycle.
- Groom and train team members for the next role
- Have positive attitude and willing to take ownership
- Should be willing to learn and grow with the organization
- Willing to travel
- Help create reusable assets and frameworks
