Taxmann Group has its presence in both the offline and online space with a wide range of platform, services and products.  This position reports directly into the Director - Sales & Marketing.  Job Description  - Responsible for top line and bottom line growth for the online research platform and products  - Design & implement the digital marketing strategy   - Responsible for pitching and selling online platforms and products to large accounting firms, legal departments of corporates, institutions like ICAI, ICSI, Law schools and government offices under Ministry of Finance, Corporate Affairs and Law  - Liaison with multiple stakeholders across the hierarchy of Private Institutions and Government Bodies  - Responsible for new product design and development based on in-depth market understanding  - Enhance product visibility through webinars and tutorials through the social media platform  - Responsible for capability development & structuring of existing teams in the on-line products vertical  Job Specifications  - 4-8 years of experience in the field of Online Marketing & Sales  - Experience of leading sales team preferably in the B2B space  - Experience of handling senior level stakeholders in Large Private Sector Firms and Government Bodies  - Experience of selling technology solutions to clients will be an added advantage  Education: MBA from Tier 1 institute  Compensation Structure: Fixed + Variable
