Key Responsibilities:  - Provide consulting and business partnering to Business managers in achieving company objectives  - Develop a Trusted Advisor relationship with key leaders at multiple levels within the supported business group.   - Designing, developing & implementing HR policies from scratch  - Responsible for handling several human resources functions such as recruitment, employee relations, facilitation, records, benefits and employee services  - Lead career planning and personal development initiatives (including Succession planning and mentoring)  - Assisting the training teams with innovative ideas I training and coordinating training process.  - Employee welfare and engagement  - Grievance handling  - Change management  - The incumbent should be a MBA(HR) from a premier Business School with 8- 15 yrs strong experience in the HR Function.   - He/She should have an experience heading the HR functions for a medium sized region handling more then 700-1000 employees.
