Position: Leadership & Organizational Development Head  - The leader will need to develop, facilitate, align, support Leadership & Organizational Development plans.   - Plans that include training and professional development opportunities that is consistent with the vision and mission of TFS.   Must Have:   - Significant experience working in the leadership development space (10-15 years minimal )   - Designed and developed initiatives that have had organisation-wide impact   - Been responsible for development initiatives for Senior leaders   - Experience of working in a fast-paced and ambiguous change environments   - Engaged and influenced senior leaders to become key sponsors and advocates for new shapes of leadership development   - Extensive experience in facilitation   - Plan, manage & execute the creation of leadership development plans for all processes that will include employees across levels and high potential leaders   - Direct the planning, implementation, and evaluation of leadership training and professional development activities, and programs   - Identify, disseminate and create discussion forums related to leadership research and market best practices   - Collaborate and align with other locations across country   - Use effective communication strategies to interact with a variety of personnel   - Providing advice and collaborate closely with HR & the business heads and their leadership teams on all Talent and possible other employee issues   - Respond to inquiries in a timely manner
